Attentive, Genuine Service!!!

Brooke Cunningham is the owner of the business and she came thru for us in a pinch. We had just gotten a very active Boston Terrier and we knew she needed some stimulation during the day. So, I looked online and found HappyTails. She came over and spent some time with our "child" and was very informative. She is the kind of girl that you would want to have over for wine one evening to just chat and unwind. We were so lucky that Brooke could start the next day. We have been so happy with her service since then. I have recommended HappyTails to everyone that we know. You won't regret hiring her.

Superb Pet Sitting Service

I've used HappyTails' cat sitting service since they opened for spans of 4 days to three weeks. They have ALWAYS been superb. They feed and change the water, clean the litter box, administer medication if needed, and play with them. Charming and extensive notes document every visit. I could not ask for better service and recommend them without reservation.

Great Pet Sitting Service!!!

I hired HappyTails about two months ago and have really liked the service. They are really great with my dog and always show up when they say they will. My dog has really benefited from his afternoon walks and has been much calmer when I get home. I think he really looks forward to their walks together. I use the service three days a week right now, but on several occasions I've called Brooke to see if they could walk him and she has always been very accommodating, which is really helpful. I would highly recommend this service.

HUGE asset to our family!!!

Brooke and her services are a huge asset to our family!!! We always know that whenever we go out of town our two kids (dogs) will be well taken care of!! She is extremely professional and even practices the same techniques we try to practice with our dogs regarding behavior. HappyTails is the first and only number we call when we need anything....they even open and shut our blinds, get our mail, and turn our lights off and on. I highly recommend Brooke and her team to anyone needing these services and desiring a peace of mind while away from your "children”.

Professional, reliable, fabulous pet sitting

We are so lucky to have found HappyTails! They have done such an amazing job for us. We've used their services for pet sitting while away, in addition to regular dog walking. Brooke Cunningham is very professional, reliable, responsible, and clearly adores our two dogs (and I know the feeling is mutual). We have a challenging situation, since one of our dogs has fear-based aggression; she has the skills and knowledge to deal with him effectively. In fact, he warmed up to her almost instantaneously. We've also really appreciated the thoughtful notes she leaves behind after a visit. I'd recommend Brooke and her team to anyone!

HappyTails is the best pet sitting company in the city. We use them to walk our pup daily and their services and dog care tips are indispensible. Our Rottweiler loves it when HappyTails comes over and takes him out for his walks and they don’t just walk your dog - they provide one-on-one attention and positively reinforce good manners and behavior. Many of the residents in the building have provided positive feedback to us on how well our dog is cared for in our absence. While we miss him when we are at work, we know he is in good hands.

Love Love Love HappyTails

I've been using the team here for about 8 weeks now and I'm very happy with them. We have an English Bulldog and were very wary of using a walker since the whole idea was new to us.

Brooke, the owner, put us right at ease and was very sympathetic with our situation. She has been incredibly helpful with our transition to Indianapolis and it was great to find a woman like her right away! She has very high standards for her clients and walkers. They even practice the dog's commands while on the walk. When it was raining they just played inside for the walk time so our little guy got social time.

Each walker leaves a detailed report card on how the dog did, what his functions were (#1, #2, etc.) and then they wipe paws and give a treat upon returning home.

I highly recommend Brooke and her wonderful team.

My Dogs Love Happy Tails

Wonderful, petsitting service. My dogs, all four of them love the sitters and have been treated with much love and care. Even my bird gets plenty of love and car. Happy Tails has always been accommodating to my work schedule which many times has been very fluctuating and last minute!!!!
