You have got to try this new Pilates Studio in Old Town Carmel. The design of the studio is fantastic and the location, but what makes this place so special are the two trainers, Kristen and Tod. They were both dancers at Disney and on Royal Carribean. This gives them quite an edge on their training and teaching.They are both so highly motivated to help you get the best results possible that you can't lose. And they make it fun from the early morning monon walks to the springboard classes with your friends to the special private classes dedicated to making your body the best it can be. Try a duet with your best friends or your husband. The men are really getting into this.It really makes working out enjoyable. We all love you Kristen and Tod and keep up the great work. carols
