Steer Clear of Indy Auto Brokers It's too good to be true !
Contributor at Insider Pages
You will find the ease of being financed with Indy Auto Brokers quite surprising , even with bad credit.
However it's the means and methods they use to do this , that are a little more than gray. Fudging the amount of downpayments to your favor, and lying to the bank to get you approved, just to name a few.
Then if you change your mind before everything is said and done and ask for your money or down payment back, expect a long drawn out ordeal, coupled with horrible treatment and abuse, before you ever see a penny of it.
No doubt, there have been countless customers that have come away happy with their service but it's due to the fact they are benefiting from this dealership's tactics that are highly questionable at best.
Check the BBB on Indy Auto Brokers , they have had several complaints over the last few years and some are still unresolved.
If it sounds to good to be true ...
Poorest Customer Service IN Town

Indy Auto Brokers had a 95 Honda Accord listed on Craiglist on 9/10/09. I called the lot to see if I could come by and drive the car and if interested, could I take it to the Honda dealership and have the mechanic check it out (at my expense). I was told by the receptionist who answered the phone (rude) that I could not take it to the mechanic but I could bring one with me ?????? whatever, who is able to bring a mechanic with them. Anyway, I proceeded to question her on who the owner was and she got very defensive and refused to give me last name and then hung up on me. I called back to find out who the owner was again and was hung up on two other times. The third time I called back, a person by the name of Shawn Lesser answered the phone and would not stop talking over me when I tried to explain that I just wanted to drive the car to the mechanic and have checked before purchaing. He indicated that they sold more cars than any other dealers on south side . Crazy people
Indy Auto Brokers- Worst Experience with any dealership, very dissapointing.

We had an extremely discouraging and terrible experience with Indy Auto Brokers.
I was given several different quotes on how much the car would be , treated rudely from several employees whenever I inquired further on their questionable practices.
Financing paperwork was doctored, never received copies of what I signed.
Employees including the owner were verbally abusive on several occasions.
After the vehicle was test driven and returned to them, they assured me several times the agreed down payment was being sent back via check, but never sent anything at all.
The owner refused to help, and renigged on the promises made by his employees and himself.
The numbers never added up, alot of gray area tactics to say the least. Could not stick to one price on the car we were looking at. The staff was highly unproffesional once they realized we were not going through with the deal since there where way too many discrepancies on the paperwork . They not only lied to us and the bank, they were not even able to keep their own story straight on what they told us or what was agreed upon.
We tried reasoning with them , as all we asked was for them to follow through with what THEY agreed to do several times from the beginning. Instead they continued to feed us several different lies and act as if the conversations never took place. We were told in not so uncertain and very threatening words, to come down there in person if we wanted to fight about it any further . At this point our only goal make sure everyone else is aware and does not fall in the same trap. Check them out first for yourself with the B . B. B. if you need further verification. " Don't make the same mistake we did.
