Tod did a spectacular job of helping me attain my personal fitness goals. He was flexible working with my schedule and pushed me hard to get the most out of our time together. His rates were very reasonable, but the value was phenomenal.

Tod is a great trainer for many reasons. He always delievers exercises that leave me feeling like I actually did something challenging for my fitness level. He knows how to switch gears according to how my body is feeling that particular day. And lastly, he helps me realize the potential I have to push my body to the next intensity. I would highly recommend Tod as your trainer!
