This service is great! I have been a happy customer for about a year now and the service is still great. i will continue to send business their way. They have never let me down. I would also like to add, that this service is being harassed by another service called Leave the Mess to the Best. I know first hand, because this other service sent me an unprofessional email where they were attempting to discredit Midwest and solicit my business. They found my emails because of a review I posted on Yahoo about the great service I get from Midwest Cleaning Pros. The owner of Midwest told me that all of the bad review about them have been posted since 9-4-07 and that this is the first day Leave the Mess to the Best contacted them and has harassed them ever since. Like I said, I have used Midwest for about 1 year now, and they are great to me and my family.

Pros: The service, the price, they Dyson : )

Cons: Schedules fill up fast; owner said she is getting more staff soon.

We have a large janitorial business based out of TX. and CA., We give MW Cleaning Pros a lot of our commecial work in the Midwest. They are great to work with. All of our customers are happy with them and the work they do. Great doing business with them! i was looking for another contractor in the Midwest here on City Search and ran into their ad, so I though I would give some feedback. Sucy Lailey Building Services

The false review that was posted about our company was made by Crystal Scott of Leave The Mess To The Best. She was upset with us because we were over posting our ads on Craig's list, she called us on 9-4-07 and ironically on that same day, several bad reviews by "Anonymous" people were popping up. At first, we took the first false review seriouse and we offered this customer their money back plus $200 for another cleaning (to be done by us, or another cleaning service)- she turned that down. Since the, we have uncovered that Crystal Scott was behind all of these games- perhaps in an attempt to ruin or good name. This just goes to show the deperate leaps that a desperate person will take. These false reviews do not scare us. Our customers know they type of service we provide, they know we are honest, hard working and that their SATISFACTION is #1 to us. Crystal, Midwest wishes you all the luck and success with Leave The Mess To The Best.

Pros: WE offer 24 guarantee,if you not happy-we're not happy, Affordable, Efficient, Reliable!!!

i love the fact that they provide me with awesome cleaning services. Debbie my cleaner is awesome, she gets behind couches, under beds and in all the corners. These people have the key to my house, that's how much i trust them. I do everything online with them; they email me my next cleaning, I pay online, they follow up with me on line..... I love it!!! Gloria, the owner told me that another cleaning company was posting false reviews about them. I did a search on Google and found 1 neggative review about them on City Search plus a couple more on other sites, so I decided to post my review. I can tell the bad review is fake because the person who wrote it did not wirte their name of their real email address- if you had a bad experience with a company, why would you hide who you are??? and make up a fake email addressl- tha's going out of your way!!!! the best part is that they have a 24 hour cleaning gurantee, and THEY call you prior to the 24 hours to make sure you are happy and if you are not, they come back! I should know, the first time they cleaned my house, they missed a spot in the kitchen and they came back to clean it! That's service!! i also love the DYSON they use to vacuum. Horrible customer service experience. They claim to have people standing by 24 7, but do not. It is always a recording. They are RUDE and UNproFESSIONAL....see their ad, they can't even spell right. They also bad mouth other companies, and are one of the worst mistakes in life I could have made! They do horrible work and do not honor their guarantee. I left message after message and no one responded. Then they refused to honor my guarantee because their 'phone system malfunctioned' and could not verify that I called in. And I called less than 30 minutes after they came to clean, even offered to show them my cell phone record. Now I am out almost 200.00 for a sub-par job. So if you want to be lied to, cheated, and ripped off, go ahead and use them. I honestly did not expect to HEAR from a 'professional cleaning service' the bad mouthing of other companies on this site that advertise. I was told to stay away from them because of all the people that used them complain and end up being their customers. Well, I actually called another company on here, the main one they were talking about, so they now know what they were doing. Funny how they came out and cleaned the house right and charged a lot less than them. They didn't even know what this company had said until they were done working, so I know the quality of work they completed was sincere. I will now be using them and Midwest cleaning 'pros' (NOT!) has lost my business and I will be SURE to tell EVERYBODY I know of my experience. As well as when I submit this to Ripoff report, it will show up on all search engines. Now people can see what this 'company' is really doing. Stay clear of these people. They are very scary. Got ripped off Indianapolis, Indiana U.S.A.
