I have had a series of bad haircuts since moving to the area 2 years ago. I have been dissappointed by some of the 'best' salons in Indy. I finally found Ashlee. She has done an excellent job with my hair!! I also really like her as a person. She gives great service and does a great job with my hair. And, she gives a great shampoo. I took my 4 yr old niece in there to get a cut and style. She did a wonderful job with her too. I would totally recommend her!

Pros: great haircut

Cons: They did cancel an appointment on me once for a massage at the last minute.

I recently discovered headcase salon through city search and i couldn't be any happier. I wasn't sure exactly what i was looking for in a salon until i found it. When i sat down in my stylists chair she had all her attention on me, my needs and wants were all she cared about. She gave me a wonderful hand massage while my high lights processed and the shampoo was to die for. Everyone complemented me as i walked out on how wonderful my cut and highlights looked. My stylist also showed me exactly how to recreate the style on my own, which couldn't have been anymore helpful. I would suggest head case to anyone who is looking for a great salon on the north side. It's the best!!!

I went to this salon twice. The first time I really liked it. The second time I got a haircut from Jill. She cut it way to short, even though I was just there for a trim. It was not at all what it looked like when I went in. Then, when I got home I realized one side was longer than the other! My friend also went there after I told her I liked it the first time. They cut bangs for her even though she didn't want them. I do not recommend Headcase to anyone.

I have been a client of headcase for the past 3 months and couldn't be more satisfied with the stylist Ashley that i have been going to. She has talent that is very rare. The salon is filled with smiling faces everytime i walk through the door i am greeted by every stylist, not to mention the owner melissa has even gone out of her way to make sure everytime i am satisfied with my style. It is so comforting to know that the people at headcase care so much about their clients and not just the money they are making. I will never step into another salon they have not only won over my hair they have won over my heart.

I would really reccommend this place to anyone looking for a great artist, great service, and a place to really relax. The staff is very professional. I have been a guest at Headcase for two years and would not think of going anywhere else.

The past two reviews were written by headcase employees, one by the owner herself. Not smart to review your own salon with the same account that you review your personal trainer and the restaurant you visited on your last vacation. If headcase is legit, let's see some real evidence, not some make believe review.

I have never had an experience at a salon like I had at headcase. The salon is very contemporay and very relaxing. My stylist is an absolute genius. If you go to headcase, see Ashley, or if you call and schedule an appointment, Ashley is who you need to see. She has a great personality and makes each visit a pleasureable one. I would and have recommended her to anybody looking for a stylist that cares about her work and her clients. Thanks Ashley!

I have been going to the owner for a few years and have been through many different styles and she has never let me down. Watching her work is like watching an artist create, its amazing. Every time I say I think I want something different she always says "great, I have an Idea" and I cant wait to see what she produces. I love that when I walk in I am always welcomed and that I am always made comfortable. I look forward to every visit.

Pros: Talent, Location, Atmosphere

Cons: I have to schedule 2 appointments ahead but it is worth it

I have been a client at Headcase since the salon opened. During every visit, I receive consistent and professional service. I am very particular about my hair and love to change up my color often. I consider a visit to the salon "me" time and a trip to Headcase is one of my favorite things to do. I always have fun talking to the girls and catching up while I receive the best care. I have never left this salon with anything other than satisfaction and a feeling of having had a fun, yet relaxing experience. Between visits, I am constantly complimented on my color and my cut. Of course, the next question is who does my hair. I'm always happy to pass along a card and my friends and coworkers have become raving fans as well.

I've been going to Headcase since it's opening in 2006. I can not say enough positive comments about Missy, the atmosphere of the salon, and the staff. The service and professionalism is outstanding. I used to be a "try out another salon and stylist" person until I found Missy. She always knows just what to do especially when I come in with the, "I don't know what I want, just something different attitude". I couldn't be happier and love that I found her! I also want to mention, my little girl now loves going with me and getting her hair done. We have made it our special girl time and both look forward to our appointments with Missy and her staff. Thanks girls!!
