I completely admit - Villaggio is very pretty...the designers really put thought and consideration into making the place a very relaxing atmosphere. Is it the best in Indy? I don't really think so - the staff seems young and from what I understand there is a high turnover rate; and I hate to say it, but sometimes I think I can give myself just as good of a mani/pedi at another nail place for $20 less or even at home for free. I think it is more than a bit unusual that they ask clients to rate them on this site (I think only Villaggio and Lush have more than 100 online ratings and almost 1/4 of them seem "not so good"), and after reading some of the previous reviews (even going back to 2006), I tend to think this is a business move to vie for certain awards? I also agree with a previous poster in that some of the reviews posted seem very manufactured and their post dates are sometimes a bit too coincidental. Do I think that Villaggio rates similarly to spas in CA and NY? No. Is it a good spa, convenient and close to home with decent prices? Yes. The best spas I have been to bend over backwards for their clients, divulge them, yet retain a "homestyle flair" that makes clients feel comfortable and truly at ease. Villaggio has a bit to go to fit into that category.

Pros: Ambience, location.

Cons: Business maneuvers, high turnover.

I found Villaggio here at this site so I decided to return the favor. Whoever wrote that Anne was one of the best massages ever..THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! She was wonderful and mended an area of my back that has been sore for years. No one has even been able to do that. She also worked in a way that relaxed me at the same time. It was a perfect balance. I also had my nails done by Cheryl who was a doll. She was flawless in detail as well as with her personality. The gentleman who greeted me gave me a tour before my services ever began. He got me so excited to be there and the place was beautiful throughout in comparison to many others in town. Can't wait to go back...defintiely want to try a facial per his suggestion.

I have been going to Villaggio for a few years now and can never wait to go back. The atmosphere is gorgeous and there are many 5 star service providers (aesthetics - Heather, Nichole; nails- Karrie, Nikki, Cheryl; massage - Kathleen). Prior to Villaggio, I went to Escape. I was more than excited to find out that Nichole is now at Villaggio. She is hands down the BEST and my favorite overall provider. The only disappointment I have had recently is that soft drinks are no longer offered upon arrival. I would be happy to pay a few extra dollars for services to enjoy a diet coke in the relaxation room!

Pros: Great services!

Cons: No soft drinks!!

This place is absolutley perfect-modern stylist and state of the art spa facilities! A must see for the local or traveling individual.

They have added a wonderful new Massage Therapist, Emily, who is out of this world! I have never had such a great massage. She really listened to what was bothering me--so many times, a therapist asks what the problem areas are, then proceeds to ignore them and give the same massage they give every time...not Emily, she listened and HEARD me!! I am so pleased that she has joined a spa that I already love, I have no reason to go anywhere else for anything else!! She is AMAZING!! For the most relaxing massage you will ever have, book your next massage with her!! You will not be disappointed.

I travel for work so when I can find time to relax and unwind from traveling I do so! I am always trying to find local treasure spots and I am so happy I found one so close to home! I live in Fishers and my skin has been a mess with the weather being SO cold. Ive been to Colorado for work three times in the past month so I guess I cant blame all my dryness on Indiana :) I was actually home last weekend and thought I’d try to get in for a facial at Villaggio. I have never been there before but some of my neighbors have been and have said good things. I am so glad I decided to go. I scheduled a Classic facial (I got the hour, they do have a half hour Classic but my skin needed the extra time) And it was one of the most relaxing experiences I have had! Nicole was my facialist and she has an amazing touch. The warm towels felt fantastic and she even worked on my hands and feet while the mask was on. My skin looks great still and I was so relaxed, it may have been better than a massage! Speaking of massage, next time I may schedule a massage before my facial and see if it is as great as the facial! I will post again and let you all know!

I recently visited Villaggio Day Spa at the start of the year! I thought that I would treat myself in honor of the New Year and I definitely received a treat. Everything was wonderful, very much like a spa found at a resort. It was very professional as soon as you walked in the front door. I was greeted by a very kind staff and the young lady at the front desk immediately made me feel welcome. My massage therapist, Matt was very good. He was very informative and left me leaving the spa feeling great. On my first visit to Villaggio I left wanting more and more. I can not wait to go back and try out their many other services that they offer. I want to congratulate the owner on having such a wonderful staff. She has obviously put a lot of time into choosing her employees. The professionalism from the front desk through out my services was wonderful. Congratulations on such a wonderful staff! That is very hard to find! I can not wait to come back!

When reading the review below I had to ask myself are you sure you met Rebecca? I am a former employee as well and a frequent Villaggio client and I was shocked to see that someone wrote something negative about Rebecca the spa director. As well as a very qualified esthetician and spa director, Rebecca is nothing but considerate and compassionate to all of Villaggio’s guest and employees. I am sure that there was a misunderstanding between the two of you and I have a feeling if she knew you felt this way would do everything in her power to fix it. Rebecca is a magnificent person and I’m sure if given the opportunity you would see this easily.

Love going to Villaggio for services. Everyone is fantastic, but bypass the spa director Rebecca. She is rude and has terrible people skills. Just get to your appointment. You will not be disappointed.
