Om, Om Good!

by cnewman1 at Citysearch

:) I was wanting to get sleek for my wedding, once I shared my goals with the owner (where does the owner actually speak to you anymore), help me put together a plan. Starting basic, but eventually getting me to good health. As an added side benefit, it helps relieve stress! They have classes at all levels and times- no more excuses. It's also cost effective.

  • Pros: Free parking downtown, Great instructors, cost effective
  • Cons: hard floors for yoga

The best Pilates studio!!!

by emmer at Citysearch

I LOVE Invoke. I was given a gift certificate as a gift and sheepishly went to my first class. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, not at all stuffy. You can be guaranteed an excellent work out at each session; after 6 months of attending classes, my body is continually challenged! A great deal for the money and the instructors keep class fresh and interesting. I especially enjoy Stephanie's class at 10 a.m. on Saturday mornings. Go, you won't regret it!

  • Pros: Friendly instructors, challenging classes, good value
  • Cons: None

Exactly what I was looking for!

by zobaee at Citysearch

I needed a good way to blow off some steam and at the same time do something good for my body so I tried out Invoke. I had not done yoga before so I was a little intimidated but realized that between the repition of poses and a little personal attention from Chuck, the very patient-very amazing yoga instructor, that I could keep up. The yoga is awesome, there are tons of cool young people in the classes and the instructors are top-rate.

Excellent!!!

by zioncat at Citysearch

I moved back from San francisco hoping to remain faithful to my yoga routine. I found it to be difficult to find quality teachers and classes in Indy until I took a Vinyasa class at Invoke. The atmosphere is modern and serene. The staff is professional and attentive. The instructors are knowledgable and challenging. The studio is everything I have been missing since I left cali. If you are looking to try yoga for the first time, or have been practicing for years, you will find the classes and teachers at Invoke. Two thumbs way up!!!

  • Pros: Atmosphere, Teachers, Classes

WONDERFUL!

by sunfish0211 at Citysearch

Finally, I've found a Yoga/Pilates studio in Indy that gives me a workout (and doesn't forget the fundamentals of Yoga). The instructors were very helpful and gave great classes. Most importantly, I loved the atmosphere. I'd recommend it to anyone.

An amazing place

by njv624 at Citysearch

This is an awesome yoga studio. The facility is gorgeous and functional. There is a class for every mood--in the creative mood--try Amy, in the mind altering vigorous mood--Gina, or peaceful yet challenging mood--Rachel. The real sleeper is private or duet pilates refomer lessons with Whitney. Indy is fortunate to have such a top quality facility. The staff goes out of its way to make this a pleasurable yet personal experience.

Wonderful!

by bloomygal at Citysearch

I'm still pretty new to yoga, having only started a few months ago. I recently took an open vinyasa class at Invoke Studio and absolutely loved it! I felt very comfortable and at ease with the teacher and absolutely loved the studio space. The yoga class was a wonderful mind and body work out, and I left feeling refreshed. The next week I tried a Pilate's reformer session and I was definitely feeling it the next day! All of my muscles felt toned and every part of my body had a great workout. I am definitely returning for more classes :)
