The spa itself was very nice. I went in for a Brazilian wax. It was my first time ever getting one and I was sure to let the woman know that I was nervous. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. However, she seemed to have forgotten to tell me that it is very common for first timers to get bumps and irritation. The day after getting the wax, I was COVERED in irritation and ingrown hairs. Personally, I think this is a very important factor that should have been discussed beforehand. My husband comes home from Iraq in 4 days and this was a gift to him. She only suggested that I use cortisone cream. I chose this place because it was a tad cheaper than the other place I was looking into. This goes to show that you def. get what you pay for.
Pros: decent atmosphere
Cons: lack of communication between staff member and customer

I've had problem skin since I was a teenager. I'm 30 now, and still the problem remains. I walked into Enos Salon on a hunch and asked for a Microdermabrasion. I had no clue what a Microdermabrasion entailed, I seriously thought it was just a major facial with steam, etc. Never in a million years could I imagine what microdermabrasions really are. Although slightly painful, and expensive the results are fantastic. Very much worth the discomfort and money. A Japanese lady worked on me. She was very nice and attentive, and told me to just relax because in the end it will be all worth it. SHE WAS RIGHT!! I can't wait for my next treatment this Friday. No packed salon that reaks of chemicals, and has ringing phones, music blarring, etc. Nope not at Enos. Tranquillity is the name of the game. She books one person per hour, so you may very well be the ONLY PERSON in the salon. They are truly one of Indys serene and upscale salons. I highly recommned them.
Pros: Great Service, Serene Atmosphere, Excellent Staff
Cons: They do try to pressure you to buy their products- just say "No, thanks not interested, and they will leave you alone.

I've been a client at Enos for four years now and I couldn't be happier. I've used several of their services including hair, massage and nail treatments and they've all been superb. I've had all the services for years but I've never found one location that does such a great job at all three and for a fair price. They have also been great at working me in for a last minute appointment. I was hesitant at first to use their hair products because I couldn't read the labels (most of them are written in Chinese) but I finally took my stylist's advise and tried them. The products work great and have really helped my dry damaged hair. I don't write many reviews but I feel so strongly about the level of service I receive at Enos I had to take a minute to share my experience.
Pros: Quality of service and price

Pencil in a full blown hour to have your feet pampered. I have had hundreds of pedicures and Enos is the best yet. All the dead, hard skin will be GONE when you leave. I have never experieneced a better pedicure.
Pros: Old, dead, hard skin is gone.
Cons: It cost a little more but it is worth it.
