Uneven service and stingy on portions
by lucretiahiggins
Fails to live up to Richard (can't use the D*** word on CitySearch) Allen's mission statement. Kids running this location need a trip to Texas to learn the real Lone Star barbecue experience.
Stingy with portions and too often uneven service.
Better than other bar/ grills/ pubs

After visiting this restaurant I decided to look it up and see if everyone had the same great experience that I had. I'm sure that the previous posts were talking about a different place. Hot Shotz had great food, everyone was nice, the beers were fantastic, especially for not being a brewery. I expected normal bar food. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, presentation and diversity of the food. There are the normal bar standards, Hot Wings (very large), soup, domestic beers, and burgers. But there was also great craft beer on tap or in bottles, a ton of different hot sauces, and great drinks. The staff was friendly and I loved sitting on the patio. I will definitely be a frequent customer and I'll be recommending it to every one I know.
- Pros: Food, Beers, General Value, Child Friendly
- Cons: One waitress was not up to par
Out Of Business

Guess some of the previous posters were right. Went there today and it was long gone. Think the Noblesville location is still there. Not sure why they're still in business.

Pretty Decent BBQ

My husband and I have been here several times- it's close by and when we crave some BBQ we drop in. Prices are pretty reasonable and you can get large orders of meat. Our favorites are the pulled pork and the sausages. Give it a try!
