Best Salon Ever

I have never been to a salon that provides the overall service I receive at Splash. Having been unsatisfied with other local salons, I made the switch to Splash about three years ago when I simply walked in off the street and spoke to Jacqueline, who I assumed was simply one of the sylists employed by the salon. She was very unpretentious and took the time to answer my questions and give me ideas about what types of changes I could consider based on the things I was not happy about. Her ideas were fantastic, and I have never looked back!! Oh, and it also turns out Jacqueline is owner of the salon. Every time I see her she is very interested in how I liked my color and cut from the previous visit. I have never been happier with any stylist than I have been with her, and I have never repeatedly been given more compliments or asked who my stylist is than I have since starting with her.

As if this wasn't good enough, my daughter started seeing one of the other stylists (Cortland) and she just loves him (as a person) and his work. I have also had the opportunity to see Daphney, their aesthetician, for facials and microdermabrasion treatments. She has been a tremendous help in not only her treatments, but she has helped me in managing my home care products (even saving me money!), and is truly passionate about her clients receiving the very best care. On more than one occasion she has called me at home to give me information about new products she had researched on her own time, and she always follows up with a call after my treatments to make sure everything is going well. Daphney is an absolute sweetheart and I know you will just love her like I do!

I truly cannot say enough about the positive experiences I have had since making the switch to Splash. From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave, you will never meet a more pleasant and talented group of people who treat you as if you are their only customer.

Kiem V.

I lost my hair stylist to a move and called Splash because it is close to my house. I had read a review and thought I would take a chance. Kiem V. is awesome! He listens to what you want and always makes sure he understands your vision. He then suggests what he thinks would make it better.

The moment you walk in, you are pampered. From the wonderful shampoos and head massages to a hot towel for your hands. I have never been disappointed. I have had many compliments on my color and cut since beginning with Kiem. I hope he never moves.

Always a pleasant experience

I tried Splash on a whim, and was pleased with the result. Kiem Vong was my stylist and was/is an excellent communicator about what he was/is doing. He guided me through each step he planned to take based on what I had asked for, to make sure we had the same "vision". I get compliments often on my hair, and have never regretted taking a risk by going to a new place. Prior to living in this area, I lived in Chicago and had access to some of the best hairdressers in the country. Splash definately does a good job of measuring up. I live in Greenfield now, and don't mind the hike up to Castleton, because I know I'll be getting my money's worth.

1st Class Treatment from Start to Finish

I moved here from Dallas/Fort Worth Texas 5 years ago.

In my search for the perfect haircut, I came across Splash. I have never looked back. The minute you walk through the door, you are welcomed with a smile, and the daily stresses just seem to melt away. You are now in the Splash zone, a relaxing environment, getting 1st class treatment, and your the center of attention, as Jacqueline and her professional staff make sure of that. I recommend Splash to anyone looking for that perfect haircut, attention to detail, like to be pampered, because at Splash it's true, customer satisfaction is # 1.

Very happy with Kiem

After leaving LUSH because of my stylist leaving (interestingly no one there contacted me to see if I would like to try someone new; I was searching for someone who could cut short hair, teach me styling tips, and would also give me contemporary styles. I tried Splash and was "assigned" Kiem (guy). He has done work in LA and I left completely thrilled with my new style and cut. Not only did I leave happy with the cut, but his head massages were/are phenomenal! He never pushes color and is completely honest about upkeep.

• Pros: Gives a cut that looks good with your features/face
• Cons: Definitely big city prices

Jacqueline is a Miracle Worker for Hair!

I had been spending a fortune at DL Lowry for over a year - and ended up with fried, fraying, damaged hair. Not only did my stylist there not know what to do for my hair - he didn't even seem to notice!

I walked into Splash to purchase some product, and Jacqueline took one look at my hair and noticed immediatly that my hair was lacking protein and offered a complimentary treatment which made an instant improvement.

I have been going to Splash for about 6 months now, and my hair is growing healthier and looks fantastic!

Nadine Gorogiani

I had my hair done a couple weeks ago at Splash for the first time. Nadine Gorogiani was my hairstylist. She is such a sweet person and was a blast to talk to. She took her time and did a fabulous job on my hair color. If you are looking for a hairstylist, go into Splash on 82nd street in Indianapolis, next to DSW and ask for Nadine by name. Enjoy the experience!!!

andrea is an amazing hair stylist. i had brought in a picture of what i wanted my hair to look like and she took the time to go over all the colors that she would be using and what would look best with my own hair. the cut and color turned out better than i could imagine. very talanted and great personal attention. thanks

What a wonderful salon, Andrea did a terrific job on my hair; I love it and have had many compliments. Everyone that works there is so nice and very talented.

Fantastic Salon!

Kiem is great! I had been looking for a stylist in Indy for a couple of years and found these reviews on Citysearch. I called and spoke to the receptionist who suggested I book an appointment with Kiem based on my hair type.

Kiem sat with me for 20 minutes on my first visit just talking to me about what I wanted to do, what cuts would complement my face shape and features, and what I wanted to do with my color. I wanted to take my hair color from a dirty blonde to a copper-red - big change!

He did a great job and I received several comments that my new color really complements my skin tone. I just went back for my 2nd appointment and couldn't be happier. I have finally found a great stylist in Indy!
