My sister recommended Splash by calling me as she walked out the door of the salon and raving about the best hair salon experience she'd ever had. She had seen a friend who just got back from Splash and said, "OMG! That is exactly how I always dreamed my hair would look when I've gone to salons!" Her friend told her she'd gone to see Kiem at Splash, so my sister booked an appointment. Several weeks after my sister went, I booked an appointment and I was really impressed that Kiem figured out who my sister was without my telling him - talk about someone who pays attention to his clients! I felt very relaxed as we discussed options and as he explained everything to me. My sister and I really feel that Kiem is a true artist at what he does - it's more than a job for him - it's something that he is both expert and gifted at. It is a treat to have your hair in the hands of someone who really cares about, and enjoys, what he does. I went to Kiem feeling a bit hopeless because I had ruined my hair through several home dying jobs and then capped it off with a detrimental salon experience of having all of the color lifted out, leaving my hair both fried and "sticky" (if that makes sense). I wanted something close to my natural color, but I told him I would understand if there was nothing he could do to help me. He didn't lose a beat as he went to work creating a hair color that was EXACTLY what I wanted and then giving me a cut that flatters my face and frame (It is my favorite hair cut ever - but don't tell my hair-stylist mother). My hair feels soft and is shiny and looks beautiful. I want to cry b/c I have not felt "pretty" in a long time and I thought I would have to wait at least a year before I wouldn't be embarrassed about my hair anymore. Kiem was my miracle worker and Splash is a wonderful place to go to. Not only did I get my hair done, I also got the bonus of a head and neck massage and hand massage - How cool is that!

1st Class Treatment from Start to Finish

I moved here from Dallas/Fort Worth Texas 5 years ago.

In my search for the perfect haircut, I came across Splash. I have never looked back. The minute you walk through the door, you are welcomed with a smile, and the daily stresses just seem to melt away. You are now in the Splash zone, a relaxing environment, getting 1st class treatment, and your the center of attention, as Jacqueline and her professional staff make sure of that. I recommend Splash to anyone looking for that perfect haircut, attention to detail, like to be pampered, because at Splash it's true, customer satisfaction is # 1.

Very happy with Kiem

After leaving LUSH because of my stylist leaving (interestingly no one there contacted me to see if I would like to try someone new; I was searching for someone who could cut short hair, teach me styling tips, and would also give me contemporary styles. I tried Splash and was "assigned" Kiem (guy). He has done work in LA and I left completely thrilled with my new style and cut. Not only did I leave happy with the cut, but his head massages were/are phenomenal! He never pushes color and is completely honest about upkeep.

• Cons: Definitely big city prices

Jacqueline is a Miracle Worker for Hair!

I had been spending a fortune at DL Lowry for over a year - and ended up with fried, fraying, damaged hair. Not only did my stylist there not know what to do for my hair - he didn't even seem to notice!

I walked into Splash to purchase some product, and Jacqueline took one look at my hair and noticed immediatly that my hair was lacking protein and offered a complimentary treatment which made an instant improvement.

I have been going to Splash for about 6 months now, and my hair is growing healthier and looks fantastic!

Nadine Gorogiani

I had my hair done a couple weeks ago at Splash for the first time. Nadine Gorogiani was my hairstylist. She is such a sweet person and was a blast to talk to. She took her time and did a fabulous job on my hair color. If you are looking for a hairstylist, go into Splash on 82nd street in Indianapolis, next to DSW and ask for Nadine by name. Enjoy the experience!!!

andrea is an amazing hair stylist. i had brought in a picture of what i wanted my hair to look like and she took the time to go over all the colors that she would be using and what would look best with my own hair. the cut and color turned out better than i could imagine. very talanted and great personal attention. thanks

What a wonderful salon, Andrea did a terrific job on my hair; I love it and have had many compliments. Everyone that works there is so nice and very talented.

Their attention to detail makes all the difference. They really listen and care about giving you the style you want.

Fantastic Salon!

Kiem is great! I had been looking for a stylist in Indy for a couple of years and found these reviews on Citysearch. I called and spoke to the receptionist who suggested I book an appointment with Kiem based on my hair type.

Kiem sat with me for 20 minutes on my first visit just talking to me about what I wanted to do, what cuts would complement my face shape and features, and what I wanted to do with my color. I wanted to take my hair color from a dirty blonde to a copper-red - big change!

He did a great job and I received several comments that my new color really complements my skin tone. I just went back for my 2nd appointment and couldn't be happier. I have finally found a great stylist in Indy!

Amazing Experience at Splash

I look forward to each appointment with Jacqueline at Splash Hair Salon.

My experience starts the day before my appointment, when I receive a personal call to confirm my appointment from the receptionist. Confirming appointments seems to be a lost art, but not with Splash. In today's busy world, that reminder phone call helps!

When I walk in the door, I'm greeted promptly and professionally. Their level of customer service always exceeds my expectations! I feel among friends from the moment I arrive and enjoy browsing the new arrivals in the boutique.

Jacqueline's technical expertise, combined with her commitment to the integrity of my hair without losing site of the end result I'm looking for has resulted in a healthy head of hair I'm proud of!

The shampoo bowl is far more than "lather, rinse, repeat". The treatment, the massage, the relaxing chairs...no words are adequate.

The Best Hair Salon

I have been going to Jacqueline now for several months. Before meeting her I was NEVER happy with my color or cut. From my first meeting with Jacqueline she took a lot of time talking with me. Her level of expertise is amazing. I have received so many compliments on my hair (I never did in the past). My hair is healthier, shinier, and when I leave I am always happy with the results. Splash is a great salon, I would highly recommend it.
