This is the greatest burger in the city, bar none!! My managemt team and I have spent the past two years on a good natured quest for the best in Indy. We have eaten burgers in virtually every burger joint in town. Bub's is the best!!
- Pros: great food, great service, great mgmt
Get the Bacon and Grilled Onions on your burger and you will be happy!

HOLY COW!!! It was yummy.
Today was my first trip and will not be my last. The ground beef was flavored and the toppings plentiful. It was served on a roll that they toasted to perfection.
I also suggest getting the Loaded waffle fries. MMMMMmmmmmm
- Pros: Simple menu with premium options
- Cons: I have not found any yet.

Bub's is a special Carmel burger joint. Even the name is fun, stands for big ugly burger. The menu is simple ... 3 sizes of burgers, available as beef or their excellent lower-fat elk, hot dogs, and an amazing mahi-mahi sandwich. If you can finish off their one-pounder (and that's the size after it's cooked!), you get your picture on the wall. Great outdoor patio on the monon, but it's packed most summer evenings. Service is always friendly, atmosphere is very casual, and food quality is excellent.

Located in downtown Carmel, the eatery specializes in hamburgers and offers corn dogs, chili, soups and sandwiches.

great burgers and the onion rings are a must!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Try the Elk burger for a low fat option

Best burger around.The onion rings are to die for!!!!! For those who are worried about fat content,try the Elk burger. Very tasty!!!!

this place can get a little busy on the weekends, but we have eaten here during the week and it's not that crowded - they do offer great lunch deals for kids, and our kids love this place. it's located near downtown carmel which is the midst of being reDONE... it's a wonderful little city

Bub's Burgers & Ice Cream is located conviniently on the Monon Trail in Carmel, Indiana. They serve different sized burgers as well as homeade ice cream.

Located right on the Monon Trail, Bub's is the home of the best burget in town. Available in 1/4, 1/2 and 1 pound sizes (and 1/8 for the kiddos), Bub's burgers are perfectly seasoned and taste like you wish your burgers would turn out at home. The fries and onion rings are good as well. Our daughter enjoys the Bub's Busy Bag that she receives when we eat there.
If you can finish The Big Ugly, as their 1 pound burger is called, you'll get your picture on the wall.
Bub's has a limited amount of seating, and in warm weather it's quite popular, so be prepared to wait.
Overall, Bub's is an excellent All-American meal. If only they had more seating it would be perfect.

CONS: Limited Seating. Inside gets noisy.

What a great casual place to go with family and friends. Great service, excellent food and relaxing decor. My 23 y/o is on the Wall of Fame!
