I have worked at a few different childcare centers and none of them even compare to Learning Time. I wored at the location in Geist and the Zionsville location and I could not have been happier. They trained us for every situation possible. I felt very well prepared to handle any situation that came my way. I feel that I am much more equipped to be a mother now that I have learned the cutting edge methods of discipline, unique learning styles, sanitary and safety habits, and much more. I was able to help write cirriculum and they took my advice when I suggested ways to improve things in the center. I grew very close to my fellow employees, but especially to the children and the families there. I do not work there now, but stay in touch with many people from there and babysit for quite a few families. I wanted to write this review in rebuttal to the negative one that was written on here. Learning Time has some bad apples, as do all businesses, but the hiring process and supervisory work weeds that out efficiently and effectively. I worked there for years and years and never experienced anything like what was mentioned in the other review. I have seen people fired for much less than what was mentioned. Now, I have never wored at the North location, but I can speak for Learning Times owner and for the other two locations and say that this was the best work experience of my life and I would recommend working there to anyone! I would also send my child there for sure! No question. This is a great childcare facility.
Pros: Creative Activities, Inviting Atmosphere, Friendly and Professional Staff, Safe and Sanitary Environment for Children
Cons: The pay could be better, but for a childcare facility it is average. It was worth the experience though!

As a former employee of learning time (North), I would not recommend it. I once reported a staff employee 6 times for abusing children before she was fired. I cleaned up children playing in their own urine because the other employees were busy socializing. The building was so dirty that I would have an asthma attack every time I went into a certain room because the carpet was molding. While working there, an infant found (and swallowed) a teachers medicine in her purse and the parents were never notified. The turnover rate is so high that they will hire just about anyone in order to fill in gaps, and sometimes they have to call people from other schools in to work because they don't have enough staff. Most of the people who work at learning time will not enroll their own children in the center. I don't blame them. It may look like a good center-and they do a lot of lying to parents to make it look that way--but it is not.
Pros: Location?
Cons: Safety of the children, developmentally behind curriculum

Learning Time has been a wonderful place for my daughter to be. She is not only being taken care of, she is learning so much more than I could ever teach her at home. The staff is wonderful, they care about each child, and know you whether or not they have your child in their room. Its like a second home, its warm and friendly, and I highley recommed this school to anyone in need of good childcare.
Pros: curriculum, staff, activities, location, playground
Cons: pricey, totally worth it!!

I absolutely love Learning Time Preschool West. It is an awesome staff of teachers and facilitators that really care about the children. I cannot express in words how much my 2 yr. old has grown and developed since going through their curriculum.
Pros: Cleanliness, Staff, Atmosphere, Extra-curricular activities, Core Curriculum
Cons: Pricey, but well worth it
