This place is extremely unprofessional and outdated. I have been getting professional massages for 15 years in all types of settings including many spas around town. I tried this one because it was on the SpaFinder website and brochure. It was the worst experience I have every had in a massage and in a spa in general. The masseur was definately not professional trained, they made me feel uncomfortable and I did not get anything at all out of it, except a stressed out vibe. I complained to the customer service email that I asked for when I left and never heard back. I would never go there for any service. If they cannot hire qualified people for one service, I would question all of the services.
