BEWARE

It is sad that the actual owners are letting this facility be operated by the 2 that are managing it. I skated at Wheels of Wonder as a child and a teenage and know how the actual owners are. Extremely nice, fair people that expected the skaters to behave. The operators of this facility now are rude and crude. The security company that is currently hired by the facility is letting the management get by with actual assault on customers. And remember that for the most part, the customers are minor CHILDREN. But it is also the parents being assaulted. I would strongly recommend that any parent that is being told a horror story of their child's experience at this facility take the time to listen. Chances are - it is true. The abusive and foul language and obscene comments (directed towards teenage girls from male evening management) is unbelievable. Not to mention the out right physical assaults by the same management. Please think twice before sending your child(ren) here without your protection. I will never allow my children to return to this facility EVEN WITH ME THERE! Shame on the actual(original)owners for letting their good reputation in their own community to be destroyed by the 2 running the facility now - even if it is family you are letting operate it!

Actual Owners need to return and bring their good name back to their business so that our children can enjoy what they have worked so hard at! In the mean time I will be taking my children to Southland where the management will not assualt my children and does not require security. Which only protects the night management in their unlawful acts. Parents please do some research before sending your child to this place!

I do not recomend this place to anyone, I have been there a couple of times and the people who work there were very rude both times and it does seam that there are alot of troublemakers that hang out there so I will not be returning. I also have had a chance to visit another skating rink "Southland" its much smaller but the staff is friendly and the prices are much cheaper (admission and snacks)

- Cons: cudtomer service stinks and the place is not very clean

this skating rink is DRAMA they are rude the bathrooms are so nasty (EWW) people start fights there are alot of thugs and gansters there and there is inappropriate behavior there. When i went there people tried to fight me for no reason its not right!!!!! Also if you have to bring 3 to 4 police officers in a place no one needs to go there !!
