I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE at Church Brothers in Castleton. I took my damaged car to be repaired. They took apart the car to get a ??better estimate?? and determined the car was totaled. They did NOT keep me uprised as to what the damages were, what the time frame would be to repair it OR that they had taken it apart to the point where it was not driveable. My insurance company had to inform me of this the day AFTER it happened. When I took it in to be repaired it WAS driveable. The rear bumper and trunk lid were dented. They would NOT put my car back together so that I could drive it home and take it somewhere else. Furthermore they forgot to give me the parts they had taken off, my license plate and my set of keys when I had my car towed to my home. They were VERY rude and very uncooperative to me and to my insurance company throughout the entire process. I took my car in, it was driveable and they sent it back to me UNDRIVABLE. They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

church bothers does not care about quality work only that your vehicle will produce money for them .they wiil cut corners to get your car in and out of ther shop as quickly as they can.

Just a number

I was never communicated with and the repairs took several more days than I was told. I have already had to take the vehicle back for some small items that were overlooked, they have acted as if this is all a bother to them and not their fault. I hope I never have to go back
