I first received flowers from Jockish, and then began to use them when I needed to send/order flowers. Their arrangements are always gorgeous and definitely worth the money. They are very accommodating and very timely with delivery.

However, the past two times I have called, the person (female) taking the order has been extremely unpleasant. One of the things I have liked about calling Jockish was the pleasant individual on the other end of phone. It's not every day that you send/order flowers, it's usually for a special/sad occasion, so expectedly you appreciate the friendliness and care of the person taking the order that you are conveying exactly what you would like. The woman I spoke to was short and not at all friendly. If I had been calling for the first time I would have definitely hung up as well.

You've been around for years, I hope that you correct the problem so everyone has the opportunity to appreciate the quality and service you are so very capable of providing!

Beautiful Bouquets!

I absolutely love Jockish Flowers! My fiance ordered me my first bouquet from there & had them sent to my work. Everyone here at work loved them, including myself! We all use Jockish now. The bouquet was huge and had the prettiest flowers in it!
