They did an excellent job on my windows. I tinted my 2005 honda civic there about 3 months ago. They over charged me 20.00. When i realized it at home they said they would mail me a check for 20.00 cause they made a mistake and was sorry. Like i said its been 3 months and they keep saying they will send me my money but still nothing. I live on the southside so i cant just drive up and get it but next time im on the northside im going in. Other then this it was a great experience but think the man pocketed my extra 20.00 so be careful.

Excellant same day service on window tinting

I have been using this place to have window tint put on all my cars. I just had my 2005 Honda Accords windows tinted they came out with a small water bubble in the back window on inspection before I paid. I went in paid for the work came back out and they the bubble worked out gave me my warranty and I was off after they gave me the do's and don'ts . This is the third vehicle I have taken to wax werks to have tint done on it all have been painless and all were top quality work. I drove all the way from Monrovia to the NE side to let these guys do the tint cause they do top notch work and once again I am completely satisfied customer . Thank you Wax Werks I will be back with my 4th car for sure.

My cousin and I took his car in to have a sun roof installed. He told these guys not to leave it outside after dark! 3 days later when we went to pick the car up, he was charged for the remainder of the sunroof job ($1,000) and then the manager threw him the keys and told us the car was behind the shop (instead of showing us the car in person). When we went behind the store we found that his car had been stolen. I think they probly left the car outside and didnt want to tell us before they colllected the rest of they bill. They kinda blew both us off on this and when he asked for a refund on the balance paid on the sunroof, he was told to take any complaints up with HIS insurance company and that they were finished with there job. I had him report this to police. Avoid these jerks at all cost.
Immature at best and incnsistent

Window tinting was 95% good but shorted some of the tint.
Purchased remote starter-top of the line.
It's memory went bad within a few days (the installation that was promised in 2 hours took all day with no calls from them to advise me of any delays. They just pile the bookings in and cater to whoever is screalming the loudest. Needless to say, they get some demanding characters...
Remote start failed a secont time and aftre a 2 hour wait (promised in 15 minutes) I was told that there was no problem.
Went to my auto dealer-the main plug had not properly been snapped into position. I paid the dealer and am avoiding this operation like the plague. I am sure that if you want a $3,000.00 sound system that they will cater to the customer and am sure that that type of business gets priority.
Bad, Very Bad.....

Bad, Very Bad Service. It took going back 3 times for them to finish my detail. First they didn't wipe down the door jams. then I noticed that night that the roof was not waxed. The Manager couldn't even take the time to talk to me. They gave me Mike's car was coupons for all my trouble. This place has NO customer service.

Customer service leaves alot to be desired

Took my car in to get windows tinted - appointment was 11:30, dropped car off at 10:30. Was told that job would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Office had my cell phone and pager numbers. At 1:30 ( 2 hours after appointment time ), went back over to check on car - Had not moved or been touched. When I asked about it, the front office worker checked with the back, and was told it would be another 2 hours. I asked for my key back, he got it, and no explaination or appology given. Their technical abilities may be good, but their customer service is horribly lacking.

WAXWERKS AND AUDIO PLUS WAS A VISIT THAT I AM STILL ENJOYING AFTER A MONTH ! THEY DETAILED MY CAR LIKE NEW, AND PUT IN THE NEW ALPINE FLIP SCREEN, I LOVE IT ! THESE FOLKS WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN HELPING ME MAKE MY DECISION . THE BEST FOR MY VEHICLE AND MY NEEDS, NOT WHAT THEY WANTED. THIS CERTAINLY WAS A NICE CHANGE TO WHAT I HAVE BEEN USED TO WITH SOME OF THESE OTHER GUYS. MY ADVICE, STOP BY YOURSELF.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! Wax Jerks completely abused me.
I asked them to replace my convertible top ($800) and had the car back in less than a week. A few months later the top had tears on both rear quarter panels because they had not installed it properly. When I took it back, they had my car for five days to repair it and called to tell me it was ready. When I went to pick it up, they had not repaired the top but had "taken pictures" to send to their top vendor (the manager missed his calling as a used-car salesman). He said they would replace the top but I would have to pay for the labor (another $200 to fix their showdy workmanship). I showed him where the top was not properly installed in the rear, but he refused to admit their mistake. Aso, while it was there for "pictures", they put a huge scratch down the rear spoiler.
I left the car there and was told he would have it fixed in a week or so, but that they were really busy and it might be awhile before they got around to it. (So much for standing behind the warranty). When I stopped by three weeks later, the car still hadn't been touched. It was FIVE WEEKS before I had my car back. This time you could see that they had secured the top a different way... the proper way. When I went to pick it up, the top was done but they had not repaired the scratch. I waited for two hours while they "buffed out" the scratch. When I got the car home, I noticed the rear window had not been replaced properly on the top, it was an inch low and the webbing holding the glass was exposed to the elements. There was no way I was letting these clowns touch my car again, so I took it to a dealer to have it refitted (another $150). The manager is a complete and total incompetent #@#@. Wax Werks does not stand behind it's work!
I WILL NEVER USE THESE IDIOTS AGAIN!!!

staff went more than out of their way. have not had service like this since last time i went to mayberry. go see the new showroom and waiting area, very cozy.
