I have used CH for 3 custom pieces now and have LOVED each one. I shopped around and compared them to bigger jewelery stores... CH was actually referred to me when I asked for more font options by a larger jeweler. At Things Remembered, the item I wanted was going to cost me near $100. From CH I paid about $50 since they did my small amount of engraving at no charge since I bought my piece from them- and in the nice contemporary font that I wanted. AND they have more font options than almost anyone in town.

My only complaint, is that you do kind of have to stay on them. They're reliable, but a bit forgetful and tend to not call when things are in nor do they keep you updated on the status of your piece. But they are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful when you aren't really sure what you want, I've recommended them to many people for things.

I'd give them a try- you will definitely be happy with the outcome of the piece, the price and the quality.

While it may take some time to get something engraved, the craftsmanship is terrific! I've had many pieces engraved by Tom and he's always come thru on time.
