While C H Jeweler may produce fine products, they are not speedy. I put in an order for two sets of wedding bands at the beginning of June and here I am at the end of August with no rings. I will frequently contact the company and am given the run around or told to wait until the next week for results. My wedding is the second week of October, and frankly I am tired of waiting!!! Also, I have never been given an apology for the late arrival of the jewelry nor was I every told upfront that this would be a three month process. Additionally, I have felt the communication from the company to be lacking as they have never called me, I have always been the one to call them. I am beyond frustrated!

While it may take some time to get something engraved, the craftsmanship is terrific! I've had many pieces engraved by Tom and he's always come thru on time.
