Mediocre food (at best)

We went here for a birthday celebration. With the exception of the salad, the food was mediocre at best. The atmosphere is noisy and the service was below expectations.

Disappointing service....

I've been to Buca 3 times now, 2 of which I took out due to the worst customer service in town.

The hostess does not give a slightlest effort to smile at the guest. Plus, there is always a frowny guy standing by the host stand and stares at you like you're nothing but a trouble. I never felt welcome there.

The food is OK. Not bad, not good, just OK. Could be better for those prices...

But the customer service is unacceptable....If you're looking for place where you will feel welcome - do not choose Buca.

this is clearly NOT italian food. The wine tasted like vinegar and the food was very generic.

not for vegetarians

As a vegetarian, I usually have to order my own dish since my husband or friends want meat. This is not possible at Buca di Beppo

Crowded Mess! Suffer elsewhere

I checked the wrong reviews, not here, or I would have passed on our $28 each group thing -Our party (their specialty?) of 35 was jammed into small booths with hardly room for 4 and 6 instead and a small table for 4 on the end - 10 in the space of 4. Service went along with it messing up wine (bottles) order and bringing piles of sorry excuse for Italian food with no water nor liquid anywhere - all I want is wine with my meal. They were miffed I wanted the wine I ordered. Heaven forbid we wanted to get to the restroom - then chased women out to use it. I got out of the army to get away from crowds and lines and lousy food.
