I ordered a phone in January 2008 for a cost of about $140. The phone was never delivered. The merchant is unreachable either by phone or email. The website is still taking orders however. I have heard from 1 other person who is having the same problem. I have a complaint pending with the Indiana Attorney General but they have had no response yet from merchant. Recommend using extreme caution. in trading with this business. And if you have already had trouble, recommend contacting the Indiana Attorney General to help prevent other people from getting burned. The merchan't website bears a EBAssured logo and they say in their FAQ that customers can obtain a refund through WebAssured. But the Web Assured web site says the company is not a member and not participating in that program.

Cons: Did not deliver merchandise. Won't respond to inquiries.
