Horrible Customer Service!

The customer service is horrible and they don't deliver their products when promised. I waited two and a half months and was given excuse after excuse as to why the products weren't there. I found out that the flooring was back ordered three months prior to when I had ordered it. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!

I have had new carpet installed twice from this company, and will buy from them again. They were very helpful with what I needed. The installers were very professional and did a great job.

Do NOT trust these people...they make mistakes...'pad' their estimates (no pun intended) and are the absolute WORST in customer service. I would not go back to them in a million years.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY SEEM CREDIBLE BUT WERE DECEPTIVE IN GIVING INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR SUB-CONTRACTORS AND THE PRICE. THEY ESTIMATED ONE PRICE AND CHARGED ANOTHER. THE SUBCONTRACTED INSTALLERS TOOK MY DOORS OFF THEIR HINGES AND NEVER REPLACED THEM AND LEFT A MESS! THE SALES PEOPLE WERE SO FRIENDLY AT FIRST.....BUT WHAT A SHOW! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR FLOORING NEEDS!!!

DON'T BUY HERE!!

Terrible service. Additionally, there are absolutely no returns--even if packages are unopened, unused and you have your receipt. We bought laminate flooring and went back 6 days later to buy 1 more box. We were told they had no more. There was NO OFFER TO EVEN REORDER any. There was no recommendation of other area suppliers. I said I couldn't believe it was a product they sell on the floor (that was NOT close out) and that they couldn't order any. Not even an "I'm sorry" or an offer to help connect us to the supplier to ask about other sellers.
