I ordered a cupcake cake for my daughter's birthday which is today, last Sunday. When I first went to the store I was ordering Hanna Montana cupcakes but they were out of the kit. So, I decided on Strawberry shortcake which, I was assured at the time they had. I get a phone call from the Walmart bakery at 6:30AM to tell me they do not have the kit to make my cupcakes and I am supposed to pick the order up at 9:00am. Thank goodness for Payless who was able to clean up Walmart's mess. I will be picking my cupcakes up from thme at 9:00am and they just took my order over the phone this morning! I have never had the displeasure of doing business with an company that acted with such unprofessionalizim in all of my life. I will NEVER order any of my bakery goods from them in the future!
