I walked into this building thinking that it was a good job as far as the renovation goes. ..but, this building and it's tenants is a disgrace. Avoid this building at all cost if your looking for an office suite. Not professional at all. The rumor remains the same that this building is a joke.

• Pros: some interior floor ambience, month to month lease
• Cons: bad employees professionalism, most of the tenants are awful
