I was visiting Indianapolis this weekend with a friend because we were in town for a concert. We had spoken with some friends from the area and they assured us that Talbottt Street was the place to see and be seen on Saturday nights... and, let me tell you, they were absolutely right.

At first, I must admit that I was a bit confused because the exterior of Talbott Street is FAR from impressive. However, once you step inside, that all changes. The bars were impressive, and the dance floor was huge. Also, DJ Deanne was filling the entire place with absolutely thumping remixes that kept me energized all night long. The music was stellar. Also, we arrived just in time to catch the Drag Show, which was hilarious and quite entertaining. After while we stepped onto the dance floor, after consuming some rather decently priced drinks, and simply danced the night away. The crowd was attractive and friendly... and I managed to dance with some good-looking guys and have a GREAT time.

I LOVED Talbott Street and can't wait to visit Indy again so I can spend another evening at this wonderful club!

I will never go back.....the DJ on the night of 5/24 absolutely SUCKED! I've heard better music at a funeral. Not to mention the bartenders tried to rip me off and over charge me two different times. But back to the DJ, who thought he was bringing down the house. He brought it down alright. It was like a mad exodus watching people leave that place. There were moments that I was caught standing there in front of my gf and we were like "what it in God's name is he playing" It sounded like a 80's soundtrack at some moments. Left us standing and looking around. I was so enraged on the way home, my gf was avoiding me at all costs. Get new bartenders who show respect and you have GOT to get a new DJ in there. He was awful. Print THAT!!!!!
