Don't every be late!!

I had a car through them that I was paying $315.00 a month for almost 3 years. I only owed 2500 on the car when I had to take a leave of absense from work. I was one day late on my payment and they came and got my car. Never got it back. The only good thing that came from this is that they did not report bad on my credit, they actually continue to show a balance but show that I was never late on my payments.

If you keep up on your payments they are an okay lender. if you're like most deadbeats they loan to and you don't pay on time, you will hate them. just pay on time and you'll never hear from em.

This place is RUDE. I had credit problems, I knew I would pay for it but wow. 17% APR, $700.00 App fee. Then they call you if they think the payment is late. I got calls at work on to get called back and told that after checking the mail they found it. How nice. I think I like CNAC better.

• Pros: might help if you HAVE to get a car
• Cons: APR, FEES, RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!

i wouldn't do business with united auto credit. they are harrassing my old 82 yr old mother and she don't drive

a relative used my mother who is 82 as a reference,without her knowledge, and they started calling harrassing my mother early in the mornings,threatening her,scaring her making her nervous she is old and don't know how to get in touch with this relative. but they kept on, i called and asked them to stop and take her name off of their list, they said they would, but they kept calling, then Shawn called and had my mom so upset not only did he wake her early in the morning but he scared her. he lied to me saying he is the manager when i asked to speak to the manager. i called back to speak to the manager and i was then transferred to Greg , he told me the address and how to stop the calls, the letter was sent out immediately and i hope they leave my mother alone.and find other ways to find this relative, because my mother can't pull her out of her hat. Shawn is rude, nasty,loud and shouldn't work with the public,

Best and most personal service I have ever recieved

I have had problems like a lot of Americans these days paying my bills. I contacted United Auto Credit and explained the problems I was having. They took the time to listen to my problems and gave me the best consumer care I have ever been shown. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. I just want to thank the staff for all their help and understanding with my issues and problems that I am facing at this time.

United Auto Credit is hands down one of the best lenders in the city. GREAT JOB and keep up the good work.
