Hotel lived up to its name. Incredibly dark and dreary. The world's most inept burglar could get into hallways from outside or from casino (no security). Room was dingy, bathroom tiny. PLUS we came back to the room late to discover there had been no maid service. NONE. We called the front desk to complain -- they said housekeeping was gone for the night but they would send up more towels. About 15 minutes later, a woman arrived with ONE towel. We asked for more towels but she did not speak a word of English. Upon checkout we asked they make an adjustment on the bill for all the trouble we had -- and they said we had gotten a good rate so don't complain about it. Terrible's is truly TERRIBLE.
Pros: Cheap price
Cons: Horrible and snotty service, terrible security

Their breakfast buffet is pretty darn good. At $4.99/adult and kids $2.99, they have your usual breakfast fare and a little more. An omelet station as well as a waffle station means you can get made to order omelets and waffles. Drinks are included in that low price.

I usually go to Terrible's for their Prime Rib Special 9.99 in their restaurant, nice cut of prime rib, baked potato, salad. Great Value for the money. If it is busy, be prepared to wait a while for your food. The servers their are definately overworked but still manage to be cordial. Their Buffet food is "Terrible" though so don't even think about eating there. They often send me free buffet comps and the last one was so bad, I now just throw them away when they send them.
Pros: Prime Rib Special
Cons: Buffet "Terrible"

OK, I'll admit, I love a food bargain, so let's get that out of the way. Sign up for the Terrible's players club, and you qualify for virtually unlimited 2-for-1 offers at their buffet and the Bougainvillea Cafe. Neither are haute cuisine, but what do you expect when two can do a champagne buffet on Sunday for under $10? The buffet's pretty standard fare, about like what you'd expect from Shoney's or medium-quality diner food, so don't expect too much except lots of food, and (on Sunday) unlimited little plastic champagne glasses with cheap champagne. They do omelets to order every day but Sunday (waffles to order on Sunday). Bougainvillea's main draw is the advertised $7.99 prime rib dinner, which, surprisingly is pretty darned good. It's a 10-ounce cut (or you can get a less-tasty 16-ounce bone-in T-bone), salad (or soup), potato, vegetable, rolls and a mug of draft beer...all for the aforementioned $7.99. You don't have to enroll in the player's club, just come on in. My only complaint (and I've been there several times) is that the service, once you're seated is inexplicably uneven and slow.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Buffet not great, Cafe very good value

after a long 6hr flight from boston and a two hr delay .all i wanted was my bed to sleep in, when i arrived at the hotel it was about 3:00am ,went to check in and i was told sorry we over booked we dont have a room for you! i told him i allready payed for my room through travelocity! what do you mean you over booked! all he had to say was i cant help you. now i was on my 25th hr without sleep and a little bit more than angry and i asked for the manager, and he said i am the manager!so i asked him if i could use his pc so i could find a room and he said NO! are you kidding!! no? he did not even try to help at all ! just a sorry too bad sleep on a bench for four nights , not my problem!!so i had to leave and i guess it was a really busy night in vegas because most all of the hotels were booked solid so at 6:30 am i finally found a room at the venetian for $325.00 a night, i still have not been credited back my charges from the hotel that i did not get to stay at!!!!
Pros: none
Cons: horrible horrible service

If you want a really good buffett, go here. It's an all you can eat. Plus, you can find coupons in the magazines that the casino's have for buy one get one free. Terribles has everything you can imagine. I've never had a bad meal here and everyone is so nice.

I can tell you you won't be disappointed on the cheap selections for late night breakfasts. See if you can get Chris to wait on you~what an entertaining waitress! The long wait due to being so busy at this time of the night was made much more easier with Chris as our group waitress.
Pros: huge portions, cheap eats, pancakes GREAT!

This place is GREAT for LARGE more-than-you-can-eat portions, at VERY reasonable prices. Service is good and friendly, too. Also, their buffett is pretty good, especially if you have a two-for-one coupon it's WELL worth it. AND you can take the bones home for your dog--as long as you really do have a dog and all your taking is bones! Store/gift shop has great prices and wonderful assortment, too. GREAT for getting those gifts to take back home AND for buying stuff for yourself--snacks, drinks, mags, cigs, you name it. We LOVE IT!
Pros: LARGE Portions, Inexpensive, Friendly service
Cons: , Small Aisles, difficult to navigate
