Customer service: A phrase they don't know about.. They didn’t design the front end correctly because as you walk in you come to an unsmiling associate who is not customer service…s/he is a cashier. I don’t like cattle calls and the check-out line is exactly that with flags waving at you to get your behind up to the cashier and get out of this store. No smiling here, no thank you for shopping here, just good old fashion rudeness. Here’s a thought…if you don’t like the work, quit, there are many people who will gladly take your place
