Roto-Rooter Plumbers. We had a clogged main drain, so we called roto-rooter and they sent a technician out very quickly. The gentleman was not a plumber but a very good drain technician that was honest and polite. Even though we do not leave in Indianapolis there response time was very sufficient. Thank you and great job!!!!!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. We live in Indianapolis and needed a plumber to unstop a drain. My husband found Roto-Rooter in the yellow pages and we called. The lady was very professional and said a tech would call within 2 hours. Craig called us in about 10 minutes and was on his way! He arrived in good time, was neat and professional and completed the job in a short time. We are pleased and glad we called.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. We were hoping to make it to downtown Indianapolis for a performance, but unfortunately found ourselves looking for a plumber online. We called Roto-Rooter. They were out within an hour of our call. Our technician brought 200 feet of snake into the basement and eventually got our drain opened. Basements on the north side of Indianapolis are notorious for being troublesome, but Roto-Rooter took care of us.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. This plumber in Indianapolis got the job done very quickly. I was afraid the drain cleaner stuff I had used would cause problems, but he just pulled out a bucket and small rubber gloves and went to work. The only down side was the price, but that might be true of all plumbers.

Plumber Indianapolis. We were very satisfied with Roto-Rooters service. They were prompt and very efficient in answering our questions. Mitchell Kirby came in and got the job done and left no mess behind. He was very nice and patient. I will definitely use this company again if we have any other issues. Thanks Roto Rooter.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. I had two issues that needed attention, and Roto-Rooter was near the top of the list of Indianapolis plumbers. Now I know why.

Tristan (tech #1373) came by first to take a look at my two issues: backed up water in the dishwasher and a crackling noise in the water heater. He very thoroughly explained what was going on with my water heater and said that it probably had a year at most left of life. He put together an estimate on what the cost could be to replace it through Roto-Rooter but never pressured me to commit to the repairs.

Tristan next took a look at the dishwasher situation. Originally, he thought that it was a drainage issue. When it turned out that it wasn't, he didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis and even helped me re-assemble my dishwasher.

There was no doubt in my mind that I could trust Tristan and Roto-Rooter with the installation of a replacement water heater and dishwasher. Tristan said that he and Craig (tech # 2231) could have replacements installed the next day.

The next day Tristan came by early to make some quick measurements. An hour later he came back with Craig, and within 3 hours after that both the new water heater and dishwasher were carefully and thoroughly installed and tested.

Tristan and Craig cleaned up after themselves and even went as far to replace some air conditioning condensate pipes that they nicked during the installation for free. A couple of days later, Tristan gave me a follow up call to make sure that everything was cooperating and assured me that if any issues cropped up, he and Craig would be back out to fix them.

That kind of quality of customer service goes a long way, in my book. I don't expect to see Tristan and Craig again for this issue, but I know that if I have any plumbing and draining issues in the future, these guys (and Roto-Rooter) are the ones I'm calling.

Excellent service and work. I had Roto Rooter out for service on 2/10/12 and was very pleased with the work performed. My house developed a leak in a pipe in the crawl space. I was concerned about leaking pipes b/c when Estridge built my house, they neglected to install a water shutoff valve in. Fortunately, this leak was in the crawl space. I had Roto Rooter replace all the copper pipes under the house with PEX as well as pipe a water shutoff valve into the house. EvanK and his coworker literally worked all day from about 9am until 9pm to complete the job. They worked non-stop, kept me informed along the way, and were very courteous. At the end of the job, I must say that I was pleased with the over all cost and found it to be well worth the peace of mind knowing I have taken a step back from a future plumbing disaster.

The Roto-Rooter's u can count on!. As we are getting things ready to have a NEW YEAR'S EVE party in INDIANAPOLIS ( to welcome in the New Year0. It quickly came to a screeching halt, When I seen water all over my restroom floor. We only have one restroom in our house and I started to panic. That's when we notice it was our toilet overflowing, THANK GOODNESS no one had used the restroom. With no success with the plunger we knew we had to call in the PROFESSIONALS. With no hesitation we called ROTO-ROOTER,

WHAT IMPRESSED ME WAS HOW QUICK THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE. THE LADY WHO HELPED ME HAD GREAT CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BUT! IT DID NOT STOP THERE. THEY DISPATCHED A TECHNICIAN RIGHT AWAY AND THEY ARRIVED WITHIN 30MIN. THEIR SERVICE TECHS, GREETED ME AND SHOWED ME HOW MUCH THEY CARED ABOUT MY SITUATION. WITHIN 5-10 MINS, THEY WERE DONE. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!

GREAT Plumbing Service. Needed a plumber from the Indianapolis area. Called Roto Rooter. They were EARLY for appt. Replaced water heater and sump pump backup system quickly and at a fair price. Technician was neat, clean, friendly, and did a wonderful job with attention to detail.
