The online service call is such a simple process, that it was so simple I called in to make sure I actually got a service call scheduled. Yes everything was scheduled. The technician came in promptly and was friendly and very clean, making sure everything he brings in, and brings out are protected. He even wiped down any splashes with a spray and rag.

Artie returned after he had given me an estimate to clear out my outside sewer line to the street. Success it became I feel very good that he got the job done. Must of been his prayers and mines as well. Thank God and thank you roto rooted.

Craig and his plumber trainee, Chris, did an awesome job replacing the bathtub handles in my old house. It was a long process and both of them remained cheerful and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had an issue with our drain being clogged and we needed to take care of the issue right away due to a large party being held at our house later on that day. The plumber was very knowledgeable and quick to our house. The appointment was listed from 8-10am and Triston Duncan arrived at 7:50 that morning. It's nice to have a local plumber that you can count on in the Indianapolis area

Roto-Rooter Plumbers Trustworthy, Quality Work. I couldn't be happier with the plumber service I got from Roto-Rooter. Nate was professional. He explained how my system works, and what I can do to keep it in good working order. He was focused in his work--not rushing or moving slowly. He cleaned up after the work was done--even mopping the floor where some water had been. He was friendly, professional and down to earth trustworthy individual. I would highly recommend Roto-rooter after today. PS Price was worth the relief of my stopped up washer drain.

Great Service from Roto-Rooter. Our kitchen sink became completely clogged. We called Roto-Rooter and they were there with in the hour!! The plumber was really nice and very professional. I felt very comfortable with him in my home while home alone with my children. We are moving out of Indianapolis in the near future but would absolutely use Roto-Rooter again. Thanks!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. Roto-Rooter Plumber in Indianapolis helped us with a clogged drain in our apartment building. They came quickly and fixed the problem efficiently. The plumber they sent was also very nice and answered our questions and gave us tips to preventing these problems in the future. Thanks!
