He can't show you one because he cant get one ever again. I quit working for him when his wife showed up (I had never seen the lady before ever) locked herself in the filing room of our 5 person office and started shredding. I have not worked for him in years, goggled his name to see if he had been arrested yet and how many years they gave him for ruining lives and swindling retirements and pages listing all the people he has swindled and he is getting sued by, good luck getting a retirement from this guy!…

Jim Clark Economic Terrorist. Jim Clark has a way of making people believe he is important and that they should feel honored that he is talking with them. The cold reality is that he squeaks by with maybe 1 new client a month. He uses STRAW MAN agents to write the business since he was forced to surrender his own license. If you do business with him, ASK TO SEE HIS LICENSE. If he's the guy he claims to be that should not be a problem. Kind of like "Show me the CARFAX" ask to see it. JC and his sidekick Larry sell a huge story with no real substance. The only thing they have is a small office and a van with a logo.

He is one of the true associates who will take time to return any call and go out of his way for his clients. His staff is also very responsive and there to make your dealings with this company a great experience. I have great faith in Jim Clark and Associates and feel good about my retirement.…
