i had an ABSOLUTELY AWFUL experience with this place. I went in for a cover up on a small 1in x 1in tattoo that turned out 3in x 3in, black, blotchy, and evil. It had absolutely NO texture and looked as if it were drawn on with a permanent marker. I soon found out that the guy who tattooed me was new at doing tattoos, did not have a portfolio, hadn't even finished apprenticing, and had only been working a few months. I was SHOCKED. How can a place allow someone to tattoo on someone when they have no idea what they're doing!? I went to 5 different tattoo shops asking for help. All gave me an answer that has forced me into tears the past 3 days. It is too dark, big, and deep to fix unless i want to make it a sleeve. After speaking to the owner, who was very rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate, i soon found that he was willing to do NOTHING to help my situation and claimed that there was nothing wrong with my mess of a tattoo. I encourage all of you who read this- GO TO GREAT AMERICAN TATTOO if you're looking for a great place to get one done. They have been helping me through my horrible situation the past few days, and they're phenomenal artists
