Indiana's worst Florist. Hello friends. I've come here to share my awesome (or NOT so awesome) experience with Sheridan Florist in sunny Sheridan Indiana.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentines Day and she never received them. So I called them the next day and their phones were shut off completely! I reside in a different midwestern state, so I'm thinking to myself, "Did I just get scammed?"

Their phones remained shut off for 2 days until I finally reached them. I spoke with the same girl that took my order and she assured me that they had already given me a refund and sent my girlfriend a complimentary arrangement. Well it is now February 29th, 15 days after Valentines Day and I noticed that the charge is still on my card! What?!

So lets run through this again, they did not deliver the flowers on time, they ignored their customers for 2 full business days, they lied when I asked about a refund, they lied when they said they "sent a complimentary arrangement," and now here I am, 15 days later with the charge still on my bill and a girlfriend that didn't receive either of the 2 arrangements that she was promised.



As I stated before, I live in another state so we don't get to see each other as much as we'd like. This would have meant so much to her, especially it being Valentines Day. She had to work all night at a nice steakhouse, packed with couples celebrating V-Day. It would have made her feel so special, even for that one single moment as they were delivered to her.

Sheridan Florist, does not care about their customers and they do not deserve to have a business license. They're unprofessional, they're liars, they're scammers and they're a nuisance to any community.
