I go here to tan...I like the beds for the price, but the horrible service is just not worth it. I can count on one hand the number of times that someone has actually been at the desk to help me and I haven't had to walk around to find someone. And if they ARE there, they are completely rude and stuck up. There is one younger girl with blonde hair that is the ONLY person that has been friendly. I was waiting for someone to help me last time (like usual) and a guy came up from cleaning a bed and grabbed a towel, saw me standing there and said NOTHING, and started to walk back to the back and I had to ask if someone could help me. Also none of the staff seem to know the same rules. I went in one night and my bed was taken, and the 2 staff members in there said,"Oh, since you have the package, if your bed is taken we have to upgrade you for free", and she put me in the next level bed. Tonight I went in and my bed was taken, and the girl said, "Well you can wait or pay to upgrade..." and I told her what they told me last time, and while chomping her gum she replies, "We do NOT give free upgrades." I asked for the manager and she said that she wasn't here and actually said I could pay for my upgrade and talk to her next time. Needless to say, when I talk to her tomorrow I will be cancelling my package and taking my business elsewhere. So, its for you to decide if the good price is worth putting up with those kind of people.

WHAT A COOL PLACE. THE PEOPLE HERE ARE WONDERFUL. IM SUPER EXCITED TO COME BACK. I GET GREAT COLOR FROM ALL THE BEDS AND I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM HERE. THE WASHERS AND DRYERS ARENT EXPENSIVE EITHER WHICH IS NICE WHEN MONEY DOESNT GROW ON TREES. I FOUND MY PLACE TO TAN AND DO MY LAUNDRY
