Tips for Metzler's Mr. Plumber

We have a special needs bathroom due to a disability, and Brandon Johnson helped us to overcome existing problems with the plumbing left from the builder. Being able to use the bathroom safely, cleanly, and without damaging the home is a pretty significant thing, and Brandon listened and understood the issues and provided us with excellent knowledge and experience to solve our problems. I trust him in my home and would recommend him to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Just when I thought it was impossible to have anyone exceed the Williams Comfort Air HVAC guys, my wife and I met Steve Bettis.

Steve is a Top Notch guy, extremely customer focused, professional plumber. He certainly is an asset to the Williams Comfort family. He provided excellent information on our home plumbing, and offered options and written estimates for the work he recommended. He was most respectful while in our home, and did an excellent inspection of the entire plumbing system.

I would highly recommend Steve for your plumbing needs. He no doubt is an excellent mentor for the younger plumbers.

We are glad we chose Williams Comfort Air, and Metzler's Mr. Plumber.

Water Heater Installation. This review has nothing to do with the expertise of the technician who installed the water heater. The biggest problem was STICKER SHOCK. I know technology has improved water heaters over the years, but I found the cost of the exact model that I had installed for a 1/3 of my total bill. This was for a single unit and you a reputable plumber buys in bulk and probably pays less or equal to the price that I found. Ask yourself is labor and parts worth 2/3 of the cost of a water heater installation? Maybe or maybe not!
