This salon is great if you want a professional mani and pedi, but customer service doesn't appear to be a priority. I have been twice, and experienced the same thing both times. Barely any eye contact from nail technicians, let alone any conversation. If I asked a question I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing them. It's pretty much an in/out, as fast as possible, with up selling as much as they can. If you go for a basic mani/pedi you can be made to feel as though its a waste of their time. Excellent shellac job on my nails, but I won't be returning, which is a shame because its very convenient for me.
