crappy customer service.
I went to Rae Lynn's the year that they opened and thought that they were wonderful! The customer service was great!
This year I returned to find a dress for an event and the service was just ridiculous.
I have worked in retail and I know that it is not the product that brings people to your store it is the customer service! the friendliness!
They were rude over the phone, and personally I feel that they act like they are too good, too cocky.
The one good thing I WILL say is they have a very wide selection of dresses.

I'm sorry you feel we did not provide the best customer service. We pride ourselves IN customer service and giving our clients the best 'Experience' possible.

Love Love Love RaeLynns. What I like most about RaeLynns, was they register your dress to the school you are attending. That way another girl from your school will not have the same dress as you!

5 dresses and counting. My 2 daughters 16 and 18 have purchases 5 dresses total so far from RaeLynns. We absolutely love it here at RaeLynns!

The customer service is Wonderful. ...and the selection of dresses is great, too. Alison was so helpful, knew what would look flattering on me, and was full of great tips. I can't thank them enough for an excellent dress shopping experience.

Unbelievable Prom Dresses! I will be back!!. We drove over 100 miles to RaeLynn's Boutique last year to look for a prom dress. Not only did I find my beautiful dress there, but I also found the perfect jewelry, purse and shoes to go with my dress. Hands down, they had THE BEST customer service and largest selection of any prom store I've been to. Thank you ladies! I can't wait to see you again!
