Great place!!!. From the time you walk in to when you leave , you are treated like a queen! I had a ful day of pampering with a massage , facial, and a pedicure!!!!!!!!! I give The Woodhouse 5 stars! Thank You!!

Best swedish massage ever!. had the bast gal named Sharon, she was asian and very sweet and petite,but did she ever have strong hands! My back is always very tight in one spot and she took away all the pain and it has stayed loose for 2 weeks now!

Great estheticians poor management!. The estheticians who have worked here are fab! The management ....not so much! Try somewhere else until they get the incompetence figured out!

Looks can be deceiving. H O R R I B L E! If I could have given no star, I would.

This was some of the worst customer service I have ever received.

I had a similar experience as jojo23x did. After weeks of not hearing back from the manager, I contacted the corporate office in Texas. It took someone from the corporate office contacting the manager to finally get in touch with me. She (the manager) took pathetic to a whole other level. She told me her reason for not contacting me was that there was nothing to discuss because I was confused. I asked her what I was confused about and she said "you know". WHAT!!??

How does this place stay open???

SKIP IT!. My first impression was that this place seemed pretty nice. My actual treatment went well and I liked the massage therapist I had. However, it all went downhill at checkout. The counter folks seem rather uninterested in providing the kind of customer service one would expect for such high prices. There was an issue with the charge for my service and the manager was not there at the time. She never contacted me as was promised at the time. HORRIBLE customer service. Do these places realize how much they are charging and that they should take care of the customers? Pick a place that knows how to treat people right!!!!!!

Great Spa. It's difficult to put everything down, but it's the whole package. From the moment you arrive to the quiet room to the friendliness of the staff. I have been to quite a few spas in my life (and several in Indy), but this is by far my favorite.

Fantastic Ladies and Gentlemen Spa. Finally, a place where men too feel welcomed. I have visited spas all over the world and I can honestly say The Woodhouse Day Spa takes the prize. This place is a class act that treats thier clients like royalty. I am utterly amazed at the ambience the Woodhouse has created right here in Carmel, IN and the employees are truely one of kind. I bought a series of massages awhile back and each time I visit the Woodhouse I am amazed at how well the employees treat me and my friends. This place is the best kept secret in Indy. We need to tell more people about this place. It is truely like no other spa in town or for that matter, this world. Seeing is believing so go check it out yourself. I know they give spa tours daily. I strongly suggest booking your next massage, facial, manicure or pedicure at the Woodhouse Day Spa.

An Incredible Experience. I've been a long time fan of the Woodhouse Day Spa. From the minute you walk into the spa, receive your robe and proceed to the quiet room, you are treated to a relaxing experience that will make you want to return again and again. I've tried several services and the massages are always my favorite. Grab a seat by the fire as you wait for your therpist...a vist to the Woodhouse will slow you down and sooth away the tensions of everyday life.

THE BEST SPA IN INDY. I LOVED the Woodhouse!! This place is the best kept secret in Indy, so let's tell everyone. The spa is very luxurious you'd think you were at a Resort. I've been to alot of resorts and this one far exceeded my expectations. The therapist were amazing, the front desk girls adorable and very very very nice!! I loved every bit of my experience at the Woodhouse and oh check out the products! The line called Arcona, I can't believe how GREAT my skin now looks..And the body treatments are out of this world!! I feel fantastic and will tell all my friends to go.. Can't wait to go back.

Not the best. Although there is the "quiet" room to set the ambiance the employees walk in and out continuously. I found this very distracting and took away from my relaxing experience. Also, the counter employees are rude and really do not seem to understand what is going on except for their fakeness. The people performing the services will add n extras ie longer time or deep tissue for a massage without asking and you are surprised at checkout. The front desk people made it seem like I made that appointment. This is not this first time I heard of this happening too.. I had a friend that this happened to as well. I did try this spa several times and was not wowed...I am going to try Kurr.
