good pricing. Pastel spa did an excellent job with my brazilian wax. For a 1st timer the woman working with my made me very comfortable and was very clean, quick and efficient. I plan on continuing to go to Pastel throughout the summer season!

Quite acceptable. It's a very straightforward massage, decently done. The price, with coupon, is perhaps slightly lower than the going rate.

Good Deal, Good Service. I decided to try this spa for waxing service (bikini) after reading the reviews online and reading about their Member Package - which makes their pricing much better than other local waxing places.

The place itself could use some help in terms of the decor, but the people were nice and it was very clean. The online booking is also a big plus.

The waxing room itself is again in need of some decorating help, but its very clean and the woman who did my waxing was pleasant and very concerned with making me feel comfortable, showing me that she was washings her hands, keeping a clean/safe environment, etc.

Overall, my experience was good. It's not as nice as the higer end spas that I have been to locally, but the waxing job itself was fast, thorough, and well done, and I will keep going back because of that along with the great savings!

This is the best. Got two groupons from my boyfriend, one for waxing and one for the hot stone massage.

The waxing service is the best and fastest one you can get in INDY. Price is also very reasonable. For me the faster the better.

I also like their hot stone massage, it was a great experience. Only problem was I had my massage right after my waxing, so I can't enjoy the massage fully while thinking about my waxing.

Anyway, if you like waxing to be done right and fast ask for Kady.

AmaZing. Amazing i just had my 1st Full Brazilian and it was so fast and pain free i was so surprised i have been shaving for my whole life so i had reall thick hair and kady was soo easy and fast i left with in 15 mins of getting there she was very friendly i will be going back for all my waxing needs for sure and i will be bring friends along as well and the prices are un beatable amazing just amazingg that all i can say

Permanent skin damage from Hot Stone Massage. I wrote a review a couple days after I went to Pastel Spa because I was upset with them. I purchased a groupon for the hot-stone massage. I left with severe burns on my back that didn't heal for days. It's been a couple months since I was there and most recently- i've started tanning. Due to the burns from the stones- I have several round locations on my back that refuse to tan. This is rather disappointing because there is no way to reverse the damage.

The lady told me the excessive heat was normal so I went with it. When I left- I left the tip on the table because I don't know where the therapist was. They had the nerve to ask me for a tip as I was leaving .

I will never return- thanks for ruining my healthy skin!

Great, relaxing atmosphere!. Staff was very friendly--they made sure I was comfortable and gave out bottles of water. The music and lighting helped me to relax.

The outside of the building looks a little sketch, but once you go in, it gets much better!

I'll go again!

Great hot stone massage!. A friend and I got GroupOn coupons for the hot stone massage and it was the best $ we've ever spent! It was relaxing and the masseuse's technique was awesome. Just as you thought the stones were getting a bit too hot, she'd move them. Super relaxing. Can't wait to go back. Going to try the waxing next.

Will be back. I am typing this review in Pastel SPA now, they have 2 people waiting in front of me and more in the rooms. if i wasn't told they had only opened for a month, I would not believed it. i think i was the first waxing client they even had in last month, because i was the only client in there during waxing and my waxing id card is 101.

anyway it is closer to my home and they knew what they were doing.
