The team did a thorough and complete job painting, caulking, repairing and prepping the exterior of my home. They were polite and and professional, kept us up to date every step of the process. I would hire them again for other home paint projects!

The whole company, from Manager to Painters were prompt and professional. I was provided an exact price quote that was printed and given to me before the manager left after my quote. No deposit was needed. The price was right in between my other two quotes and with the references in my own neighborhood I didnt hesitate to sign up. My house was very dirty with mildew and dirt, so I was glad that the powerwasher cleaned the home very quickly and thoroughly. I had help from their color consultant, and we picked out the colors in just about 30 minutes.

The painters were very nice. They walked the job with me before starting. Everyday they cleaned up. We received two coats of paint and the new color looks amazing! They were careful to protect my windows with plastic and not stomp my gardens. They replaced all the shutters and downspouts once they painted them all with my new colors. The neighbors love the new style. I would recommend this painting services to anyone.

_________Stay Away!____________________. Here is how it works:

1) Salesperson comes out and gives a professional quote. This was impressive.

2) Hispanic calls me on the phone and I think he said he would be there at 2pm to power wash.

3) Hispanic never shows up. Never calls.

4) I come home four days later to my house half way painted. (It was never actually powerwashed)

5) I argue that it was not prepped the right way. There was no scraping, caulking, power wash, etc.

6) The house is "done" the next day when I get home from work.

Sharper Impressions Painting never power washed, scraped, caulked, primed exposed wood, or actually gave me two coats of paint.

They are liars and con artists. I found out later that they do not even employ a single painter. They are basically a franchise---they are a paper contractor.

STAY AWAY.

Finally off the Market. We were trying to sell our home but the realtor told us we really needed to get some wood rot replaced on the exterior trim of our home and should repaint to update the colors a bit. This sounded like a lot of work on a house that we were just trying to sell. We got a flyer in the mail with a discount on the wood rot repair and painting if we went with Sharper Impressions; we called and had them out for a free quote and the price was surprisingly reasonable considering we were looking for a basic paint job. I was shocked to see how much more response we got from our listing with the new paint colors. We ended up selling the house 10 days after the painters finished the work. It was worth the time and effort to have them complete the work professionally; we plan to use Sharper Impressions when we’re ready to paint our new home.

Like Brand New. I am so excited about the work that Sharper Impressions Painting in Indy did on my home I just had to share my experience. From start to finish everyone was wonderful. They have great customer service standards and hold themselves accountable for those standards. My husband travels a lot with work so he trusts me to make the decorating decisions. I was in a time crunch trying to repaint most of the rooms inside my home in ten days, as a surprise for my husband when he returned home. Luke was great to give me a heck of a price; so I signed up immediately for the work and had the color consultant out in just 2 days. She was great and took the time to pick out all the colors I would need. Luke knew I was in a hurry so he set the crew up to start the very next day. The work was done super quickly but very neatly and my husband loved the new feel of our home. Sharper made the whole thing fun and enjoyable instead of stressful; so thankful for there work!!!
