This place is terrible. I had a death in my family and did not make an appointment and they charged my credit card with out informing me first or without having my consent. I called and made the appointment and was told they only took the card number to hold the appointment. Do not trust them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absoulutely recommend Body Works Day Spa.

I took my grandaughter to Lisa for her Senior Prom,hair color and hair extentions, she was extremely pleased!

As for myself, I enjoy the amazing Facial's and the Lazer skin treatments, with the Beauty products they offer, along with the manicure & pedicure.

Next a massage package!

Just Okay. I bought a couple's massage groupon for half price, and went there with my boyfriend. It was both of our first time experiences getting a massage. My masseuse was good, but my boyfriend's masseuse just rubbed him, didn't massage him at all, which was very disappointing because he filled out on this sheet that it was his first time and that he had a lot of tension in his back and neck. I'm glad that we went, and I would probably go again if I had another groupon or another deal (and I would make sure to let them know what kind of pressure we wanted), but I would not pay full price to go here.

LOVE THIS PLACE. AS THE STARS INDICATE, RUN, DON'T WALK TO THIS SALON! LISA THE OWNER IS THE MOST CREATIVE HAIRDRESSER I HAVE EVER KNOWN. THE SALON IS ALWAYS NEAT AND CLEAN AND THE STAFF REALLY SEEM TO LOVE THEIR WORK! THE PRODUCTS SHE USES MAKE MY HAIR FEEL GREAT FOR WEEKS ON END.

Amazing Treatment. I was looking for the new hydrafacial, so I googled it and Body Works was the first to pop up. So I booked and I was amazed at the fun and happy atmosphere of the salon. The receptionist was fun and professional and the esthestician, Chastity, was beyond personable. She described every product that I bought to the tee, and explained what I needed and didn't need. She didn't try to push me to sell anything, which I love about spas. I am coming back to this spa!!!!

Awful. I wanted to try a new salon so I tried this place. The receptionist was extremely rude when I called and set the appointment. When I arrived for my haircut with Lisa (the owner) I had to wait 45 minutes, she was on her cell phone the whole time, and it was the WORST and most expensive haircut I have ever had. Unprofessional & Terrible!!!!

Terrible Service. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Being new to the area I decided to try out a new salon and get my nails done. Not only was it the worst pedicure and manicure I've ever had, it was also a terrible atmosphere. For the 45 minutes I had to sit in the chair getting a terrible manicure, I had to listen to four employees talk about their drunken escapades from the night before. It was definitely not the right time nor place for such conversation and was quite annoying. My manicure is already chipping and was not applied evenly. The polish looks clumpy and overall I am not impressed. My pedicure was also not an enjoyable experience considering the girl who was doing it was refering to a "how to do a pedicure" list the entire time. It must've been her first time ever. I still have polish on my skin and im considering removing the polish and starting over. This was suppose to be an enjoyable trip to the spa which turned into unwanted stress and annoyance. I asked for a refund and was not only denied but was then told I have dry cuticles and that's why my pedicure and manicure looked bad.

I would never recommend this place and will definitely let everyone know in my path how unprofessional this salon is.

Just fantastic. I have been to the salon on a few diff occasions, if you are looking for a laid back down to earth experience with professional service this is the place to go!!! I got hair extensions, my hair styled more than once and most recently got botox... All of the services have been excellent!!! And Lisa the owner is great at making you feel comfortable and seeing that your needs are met. I will be back again.

Non-Professional. This spa is beautiful on the inside however, the staff are not as shinning stars as the facility. The customer service was professional. However, very impersonable. Please re-educate on welcoming personality traits and I think this would be a great spa!
