Horrible - received a gift card for $100 and then moved to CO - after a year came back to visit and specifcally brought GC with me to use. Had mediocre massage at best and then was told GC no good -expires after a year - no exceptions! Also don't take credit cards for tips. Terrible customer service and mediocre spa service!

Scheduled my massage with Danielle two weeks in advance. Showed up and was told she cancelled due to illness -- apparently I couldn't be called because "the phones were down" (I guess no one at Villagio owns a cellphone). The new receptionist, who is completely inept, offered a massage with a different therapist. As a result, my 90-minute, $200 massage that was supposed to be therapeutic for muscle pain was a mediocre relaxation massage that did not help my back in any way. I asked the receptionist to have her manager call me, but never received a call. Neither me nor my family will return to Villagio. Much better service and accommodations at Salon 01 and Rejuve.

day spa horror. BAD BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

Listen up the spa can not remove their drain caps in the foot tubs. They are glued on and when they come off there is the dirt,oils and grim from previous pedicure services. The manager water downs all the ingredients. If you ask to see the license they have no nail techs there. The hair stylist that cant keep hair clients do the nails. The hair stylist do all the different services at this location. When you get services you have to listen to the girls talk about the owner and his girlfriend how they hate them and they do not know how to clean anything. The sterlizer does not work . Be careful if you get service done here.

BAD BUSINESS!. DO NOT GO HERE! I bought my mother the $70 "Tips and Toes" package for her birthday but when she arrived the spa switched it to a different treatment called "European" without telling me. I was upset that they changed it because I would never buy that package. The service I bought was not the service I was given, so I asked for a refund. I tried to contact them 4 times by phone and was ignored for 3 weeks. I got the Better Business Bureau involved and STILL they refused to give me a refund. It was bad business and I will never go back.

Couldn't have asked for better. I am a regular client of Villaggio in Zionsville. I recently purchased an Unforgettable Package for my sister. I drove her there to make sure she got checked in and everything was ok. The front desk greeted us with a warm welcome as they always do! They were very courtious and helpful. They offered something to drink the minute she checked in and took her back to the locker room to change into a robe for her services. She said the facilities were very clean and relaxing. She was offered refreshments along with a spa lunch and She was even offered a glass of wine. Her first service was her massage which she said was the best she's ever had. The treatment rooms are very peaceful and the service providers are very personable. She also had a body scrub with her massage therapist(Stacie). Then she had her facial. The esthetician(Gale) was very caring and in tune to her needs. After those services she had her lunch which was ordered from stone creek and it was delicious. It was very healthy. To finish her spa day, she had her mani/pedi with Connie. She was taken into the nail room and picked out a polish color then seated for her manicure to begin. During her pedi she sat in a vibrating chair which was very relaxing. She nail person asked if she wanted a paraffin dip or if anything else would complete her spa day. I would not normally be one to write on this type of thing but I was just so pleased with the way Villaggio treated my sister on her birthday that I will never go anywhere else.
