Had horrible service - no host. Waited 10 min to be waited on. took forever for food. waited for extra fries forever. Manager didn't make us pay. It wasn't busy. No excuses.

I know it's a chain, and you can get it anywhere, but they still have great burgers. I recommend the Bleu Ribbon Burger.
