Excellent customer service by Kaitlin. I called the Clay Terrace about five times over the past two days to check on the availabiltiy of a pair of shoes, the prices, and finally to reserve them. I then had to call back again the next day to change the color reserved and then once more to extend the time they were reserved since I couldn't visit the store until the following day. Each time I called I was greeted by Kaitlin who was very pleasant and helpful. She went out of her way to answer all my questions and reserve the shoes for me. It's not very often that I've experienced customer service at this level. Great job Kaitlin (sorry if I've spelled your name wrong!).
