I do not usually waste my time blasting businesses online. I have actually never taken the time to set up an account until today. I am fed up with my hair. The only thing that seems to help it is the CHI blowout. I have waited a month due to kids' free hair cuts to get an appointment. Now I think they just don't like how time consuming it is and purposely cancelled my appointment for this evening without notifying me. I wish other salons would offer the service because they are not worthy of my patronage. I would love for everyone to cancel on them after they drive out of their way looking forward to getting their hair done. I plan on spending the next three hours that I should be sitting in a salon chair posting my distaste for their salon online and notifying the CHI company that they should look to offer their product at other salons.

Great Hair Stylist!. I went in looking for the perfect haircut. I just needed the hair off my face, keeping the length, but the top not so flat and straight in the middle. I also wanted a hair coloring.

Miss Vivian was the one who made me so happy!

She worked on the color first. Matching the already color I had fading and liked. Next, she suggested glossing and I had a free coupon for it. Love how it looks with the glossing,too.

She then went to work on my hair style. Asking and suggesting as she went. Once she blew it dry, she said she had more trimming to do and that's not unusal once hair is dry.

Once it was dry she worked a little more, and it just was what I wanted! I'm home now, after having to do some grocery shopping, out in the wind,etc. No wisps of hair in my face that has always drivven me insane.

Thank you to Vivian. Theresa needs to be thanked too, for the excellent job on my sons girlfriend hair. Colored and styled.

Also, Pat does a wonderful job on eyebrow waxing.

I'll be back there in 6 wks!
