Horrible Customer Service @ Home Goods Castleton. I visited this Home Goods store today & had the worst customer service experience ever! There were 3 clerks at the cash register area when I approached & they looked at me and then looked away. I assumed they were not friendly, but whatever, I just wanted to check out. I stood in front of a cash register next to where the clerks were standing and they walked away.....yes they walked away and continued talking. Mind you, I've said nothing, I smiled as I walked up, that's it. As I was attempting to wrap my head around how anyone could be this rude, another customer approached and they immediatly helped her! Needless to say, I left and will never, ever return to this store!
