I have the best workout at The Body Temple. I enjoy the atmosphere the minute you walk in there is laughter and good vibes everywhere, its infectious. The instructors are warm and give each client the attention they and their bodies need. Each client feels unique and cared for. The classes are small to benefit the clients and their needs. I enjoy working out here every week. I love the Ballet Barre class every monday night :)

I have had an incredible experience at The Body Temple. They are excellent at tailoring the workout to each persons individual needs. That is why they keep the class sizes small. The Ballet Barre Fusion class is a blast and you don't have to be a dancer to benefit. I love working out there and cannot recommend it highly enough.

I love The Body Temple because Jennifer offers such a personal experience that you don't find anywhere else. She is interested in each clients personal and physical needs and goals. It is very refreshing to have someone that is knowledgeable about body and movement. Whether you have been doing pilates for years, or have never stepped foot into a gym, I highly recommend The Body Temple for your pilates experience!
