Poor customer service!. They will cancel your appointments the last minute with out an explanation, it takes them 3 days or more to return calls. Your time is not valuable but their fees are. During consultation they will make you draw a coupon for a discount to make you feel they are giving the greatest deal ever! Beware and find a different clinic for hair removal or any other services.
